A highlight of the club calendar our annual century ride is run over a varied route into the Cotswolds to Stow, on to Broadway and across the Vale to the Lenches before returning to Stratford.
We will be repeating last years format starting from Box Brownie, Henley Street and finishing at the Sports Club with a BBQ for all club members. Juniors, seniors and family members are all welcome at the Sports Club from 3.00pm.
We will have a staggered start with individual groups deciding themselves where and when to stop. Each group will have two ride leaders in case the ride needs to be split due to rider numbers or other incident. Groups are roughly based on usual Sunday groups average speed with an additional B+ group. Group leaders TBC.

A reminder for those who have been with the club for a while, there are a few small changes to the 100 mile course and a revised 100km that we introduced last year, so please check the GPX.
At 12 miles (19km) after Pillerton Priors there is a steep descent at the bottom of which is a tight right hander. The corner and the approach are always gravelly but it is particularly bad this year.
At 45 miles (72km) there is a fast descent into Cutsdean at the bottom of which is a sharp left hander which generally has a lot gravel.
At the risk of stating the obvious it's going to be hot! So hydrate early and often to make the most of the conditions.
